Form Factor:Built out of durable gray plastic, the HSS-0115 is a compact tabletop steering wheel rather than a full floor-pedal setup. It is designed to be placed on a desk, a table, or held comfortably in the lap.
Internal Mechanics:Unlike basic potentiometer-based wheels of earlier eras, the HSS-0115 uses an optical encoder wheel mechanism internally (utilizing infrared sensors/transmitters) to track steering position smoothly, translating to much tighter and more accurate arcade handling.
Integrated Controls:It features a full complement of standard Saturn inputs right on or around the wheel housing—including a D-pad, action buttons (A, B, C, X, Y, Z), shoulder functions, and a Start button, allowing players to navigate game menus without needing a separate gamepad.
